Zilauda Bisultanov, suspected of killing 16 Russian soldiers at Roshni-Chu (Urus-Martanovsky District, Chechnya) in June 1996, is to go on trial. The Investigative Committee in the North Caucasian Federal District has completed collection of material, ITAR-TASS reports.
According to investigators, the soldiers were killed by Bisultanov’s gang. The suspected militant himself is accused of personally killing two soldiers and a civilian.
