Rebi Telipov, the director of a middle school in Oktyabrskoye (Vedensky District, Chechnya), is suspected of a fraud worth 27,000 rubles and forgery, prosecutors say.
Telipova was allegedly putting in false information about employees who were not working from October 1, 2013, to March 31, 2014. The police say that the director received 27,000 rubles for the information.
