North Ossetian President Arthur Akhmetkhanov said that terrorists may attempt to involve the Ossetian youth in provocations and unsanctioned rallies. He emphasized that such actions may be dangerous for the participants as well as for other sections of the population and people should be very careful.
On September 9 a terrorist blast killed almost 20 people in Vladikavkaz, the capital of North Ossetia. A state of emergency is still in place in the republic.
