A sudden undervoltage on the Moscow Metro line between the Slavyansky Bulvar and Park Pobedy stations (Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line) stopped a train at 8.39am. Rescuers arrived at the scene at 8.45am. The undervoltage sounded the alarm that stopped the train.
30 people were injured. About 20 remain trapped in a carriage. 66 buses were sent to transport passengers.
Trains are not moving between the Park Pobedy and the Molodezhnaya stations.
