Syrian refugee camp attacked in Turkey

Unidentified assailants attacked Syrians in a refugee camp in Adana Province (Turkey). This has been the second attack on Syrian refugees in Turkey. Tensions between refugees and locals are rising, Trend reports.

 

Over 100 protesters gathered in Kahramanmaras Province yesterday and demanded that Syrian regugees leave Turkey. The police prevented them from approaching Syrian refugee camps. Water cannon were used to drive the protesters off. Two activists were detained.
