Russian minister rules out terrorist involvement in metro accident

Russian Minister for Emergencies Vladimir Puchkov said that the accident between the Slavyansky Bulvar and Park Pobedy stations on the Moscow Metro showed no signs of terrorist involvement, ITAR-TASS reports.

Spokesman of the Russian Investigative Committee Vladimir Markin said that the accident was the result of violations of safety rules. According to the latest information, the driver of the metro train died in the accident.
