Falkon-Story Director General Davlet Ukayev has been charged with stealing over 162 million rubles from the state budget.Investigators say Ukayev was part of a group of 12 people headed by Ruslan Toturbiyev, the head of the deputy assembly of the Kumtorkalinsky District. The money granted for the resettlement program in 2011 and 2012 was cashed and stolen using a commercial bank belonging to Toturbiyev.Ukayev got 4 years of jail and will pay a compensation of 162 million rubles. The case of Toturbiyev and 11 other members of the group is almost ready for hearings.
