A tractor stuck in the Roksky Tunnel between Russia and South Ossetia blocked traffic. Over 100 cars have been unable to pass it for 3 hours, RIA Novosti reports.
The tunnel runs through the Caucasus Range under Mt. Sokhs, on the 93rd kilometer of the Trans-Caucasus Highway. It is 3730m long.
