Over 100 representatives of non-governmental and international organizations have taken part in the second Georgian-Russian NGO forum in Tbilisi. They discussed Georgian-Russian relations and prospects of their development, peacekeeping in the Caucasus, protection of human rights, News Georgia reports.The officials passed an agenda to improve conditions for development of bilateral relations and NGOs.
