Isa Tumkhajiyev, Chechen Vice Prime Minister, Mohmad-Emi Ahmadov, the head of the office for construction of the Groznenskoye More Sports and Healthcare Complex, and the head of the PF office in Chechnya, ministers, residents of Chernorechye and Aldy took part in the opening of the Chernorechenskoye impoundment.The dike and a one-kilometer road built over it are the first elements of the complex. Residents of Chernorechye and Aldy may visit each other and no longer need to use the bypass road.
