A broken power line on the 1968th km of the railway near the Sochi station at 4.45pm caused a delay for 24 trains with a total of 7,990 passengers, including 2,120 children, RIA Novosti reports.45 buses have transported 1,540 of the passengers, over 1,000 of them to Adler. 272 people and 84 vehicles, including 63 specialists and 15 vehicles of the Ministry for Emergencies, were sent to mobilize the 2.4km of power lines broken by high temperature.
