Reconstruction of the treatment center not far from Melchkhi (Gudermessky District, Chechnya) has been accomplished. Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov ordered beautification of the territory and renovation of the center in May 2014.Kadyrov said on Instagram that all work was done ahead of schedule. Kadyrov said that he was the first to try the therapeutic mud.
