The volume of constructed residential buildings tripled in Karachay-Cherkessia in January-July 2014 in comparison with the same period of 2013. It reached 109.3 thousand square meters, according to the territorial office of Rosstat.
In July 2014 more than 23 thousand square meters of houses were put into operation in the republic. Construction of houses in the countryside grew as well, according to Interfax-YuG.
