Does Gagik Tsarukyan have conflict with His Holiness Karekin II?

The Armenian businessman and leader of the Prosperous Armenia party, Gagik Tsarukyan, seems to be in conflict with the Catholicos of All Armenians, Karekin II. The reason for the conflict might have been the construction of the St. John the Baptist Church by the businessman. It was opened in May 2013 and consecrated by Karekin II.
