A requiem and a photography exhibition will be organized at the Culture Palace. On September 3, Father Vasily Shauerman will read prayers at School N1 at 9.00am, followed by mourning until 1.05pm. 334 white balloons will rise after a minute of silence.
A sacred procession at the City of Angels Cemetery, where 226 victims of the terrorists were buried, will start at 1.30pm. Their names will be read out at 2.30pm. New pupils of Beslan will release 334 balloons.
Russia will join the annual mourning on September 3, which has been Anti-Terrorism Solidarity Day since 2005. Commemorations will be organized in Krasnodar, Blagoveshchensk, Irkutsk, Kazan, Omsk, Ufa, Khabarovsk and other Russian cities.
Mourning will be held at the exploded house N19 on the Guryanov Street and near the theater center of Dubrovka on Melnikov Street at 3.00pm. An exhibition of Journalist James Hill, who took photos of the school right after the attack, the cemetery, funerals, will be opened on September 4.
