South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov, Prime Minister Domenti Kulumbegov, Head of the Tskhinvali District Administration Alan Pliyev, Head of the State Statistical Directorate Inal Tibilov congratulated pupils on the Knowledge Day in Khetagurovo, Yuga.ru reports.
The two-storey school opened in Khetagurovo was constructed within the framework of the investment program for socio-economic development of South Ossetia until 2014. 300 pupils will study at the school. It has a gym, a boiler room, computer and sewing classrooms. Tibilov thanked Russia for the investment program that had helped build the school.
Pliyev congratulated pupils on the opening of a school in Bakir.
