Spasskaya Tower festival to end tonight The 7th Moscow International Military Music Festival Spasskaya Tower will end in a spectacular show at Moscow’s Red Square on Sunday night. But prior to that, its participants will join the celebrations of Moscow’s Day in nine city parks and recreation zones, Itar Tass reports.The Spasskaya Tower-2014 festival opened on Red Square on August 30 drawing together more than 1,500 military musicians and honorary guards of the heads of state from ten countries: Armenia, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, China, Mexico, Serbia, Turkey, Switzerland and Russia.
