Georgian jury courts to start work from October 1

October 1 is to become an important date for Georgia, as jury courts
will begin working for the second time in the history of Georgian
independence, chairman of the Supreme Court Zaza Meishvili claimed,
reports Georgia Online. The institution of jury courts affects the
independence of courts in Georgia and the responsibility of civic
society, Meishvili says.
