A criminal group responsible for stealing 272 tons of oil worth over 7.2 million rubles from Rosneft-Krasnodarneftegaz since July 2004 has been caught. It was stealing oil from the 43rd group oil well of the Sheptalsky Field of the Ukrainian Field for Oil and Gas Extraction, Interfax reports.
Oil was delivered to an abandoned warehouse in the Krymsky District and sold as furnace fuel.
