Chechnya is preparing for rains that will cover all Russia’s south, from the Black Sea to the Caspian Sea. The Chechen Ministry for Emergencies warned about it yesterday. Highland areas will see rain with hail and winds with speeds of 28m/s, the Chechen Ministry for Emergencies reports.
The rains may cause mudslides, problems in villages, damage on roads and floods.
