According to a court decision, all illegal buildings of the Metropolis Marine-Club along the Caspian coast in the Karabudakhkentsky District of Dagestan will be demolished. The owners of the buildings will take them down and restore the original landscape at their own expense. The Supreme Court left the decision unamended and ruled out further appeals.
