Power was restored to 5,990 people and 3,090 vehicles in Crimea, Krasnodar territory and the Rostov Oblast. Reserve funds of the Krasnodar Territory and the Rostov Oblast sent 74.2 million rubles for the restoration process. 1,740 people received 10,000 rubles each. 16,340 people suffered from the power cut, RIA Novosti reports.
The three regions were hit by high winds and heavy rain last week. Over 530 residential areas experienced the power cut. 81 people needed medical aid, 46 were hospitalized.
