Governor of the Stavropol Territory Vladimir Vladimirov has ordered tge arrest of all the people involved in the fight at a hospital in Mineralniye Vody. He noted protests over four 500-ruble fines ruled by the court on Sunday. All 32 people involved in the fight have been identified, 5 have been arrested, 9 were put under administrative arrest. Four of the five have been released and fined 500 rubles, Yuga.ru reports.
The fight happened in Mineralniye Vody on September 20. Andranik Tsakanyan and Yevgeny Smirnov hit Roman Savchenko with a bottle on the head at a café. Savchenko was escorted to a hospital by Anatoly Larionov and Ruslan Abdulzhalilov. Tsakanyan and 30 of his friends arrived at the hospital soon afterwards, they beat up Larionov, Abdulzhalilov and nurse Nina Stanka. Larionov died on the night of September 28-29.
