Krasnodar Territory has been declared the best at realizing the “Strong Family” project among 7 regions, according to studies of the directorate of the federal project of the United Russia Party in 60 regions in Q3 2014, Yuga.ru reports.
The Chelyabinsk Oblast was ranked second, followed by the Ryazan and the Ulyanovsk oblasts, Kabardino-Balkaria, Tver Oblast and Tyumen Oblast.
Svetlana Zemlyanaya, a member of the regional Legislative Assembly of Krasnodar Territory, said that the project was a priority of United Russia. She added that it should improve the demographic situation.
