31-year-old Baradin Kipcheyev, son of the director of the Teberda health-improvement complex in Karachay-Cherkessia, is suspected of murdering a 26-year-old worker, TASS reports.According to the police, the two were both drunk and had a quarrel. Kipcheyev grabbed a kitchen knife and injured the worker in the neck. Then, he used the same knife to cut the man’s head off. A criminal case has been initiated for the murder. Kipcheyev has already admitted guilt and may get up to 15 years of jail.
