The murder case against Andranik Tsakanyan, one of the provocateurs of the mass fight in Mineralniye Vody on September 20-21, has now been supplemented with cases on assault and property damage. According to police materials, he assaulted a person on the street on the night of July 23 and local officers concealed the fact, TASS reports.
The vigilantes say that a total of 5 crimes were concealed by officers.
Prosecutors plan to find those responsible for beating a security officer at Mineralniye Vody District Hospital and damaging the barrier gates on August 25. Armed hooliganism on the city streets on April 29 and July 23 will be separate cases.
