Ziyaudin Chaniyev, a suspected member of the Karabulakskaya Gang, has been detained in Ingushetia. The gang is responsible for planting bombs in Karabulak in 2014. Chaniyev is also suspected of an attack on police officers in Karabulak on September 21, resulting in one officer dead, RIA Novosti reports.
