A Russian Il-76 plane left the Ramenskoye Airport of Moscow with 17 tons of humanitarian aid collected by the Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society. It will be delivered to Latakkia (Syria). The plane will pick 90 Russian citizens and bring them to Moscow, Alexander Drobyshevsky, a spokesman of the Ministry for Emergencies said, TASS reports.
