Dudayev’s son may get 9 months of jail

 

Degi Dudayev, son of Dzhokhar Dudayev, may get 9 months of jail with a one-year postponement in Lithuania for forging Lithuanian passports. The defendant has admitted guilt but claims that he was not part of an organized criminal group. He said that the passports were made to help relatives leave Russia. Degi had earlier said that he could help other people in danger in the Caucasus, Interfax reports.Degi Dudayev was also charged with storing drugs, although the period of limitation expired.
