The Basmanny Court of Moscow has arrested Vladimir Martynenko, the driver of the snow mover which the Falcon plane of Christophe de Margerie, Total president, crashed into at Moscow Vnukovo Airport on the night of October 20-21, TASS reports.
He will remain under arrest until December 21. The police say he was drunk when the accident happened. Four people died in the accident.
