A group of militants has been surrounded in a house in the village of
Kirovaul in the Kizilyurt district of Dagestan. They refused to
surrender and opened fire. A counter-terrorism operation regime was
introduced, the police told RIA Novosti.
A counter-terrorism operation regime involves limitations and measures
such as increased security, control over telephone conversations and
even movement of individuals from their place of living, in places
where the operation is held. The regime includes limiting traffic.
