Reconstruction of the Shapsuga water reservoir is coming to an end in Adygea: about 2.5 km are left to be built of the required 11 km of dams. The reconstruction began in 2008. It will be completed in 2016, a year earlier than planned.
The water reservoir will help to cultivate 3.5 thousand hectares of farmland and protect rivers of the territory from floods.
