The Stavropol city administration has discussed the problems that residents of the city complain about: minibus taxis breaking the schedule, talking rudely with passengers, smoking and breaking traffic rules; loud music and fireworks at night; and street advertising ruining the image of the city and being a hazard to the life and health of the population, SKFO.ru reports.
