The district court of Warsaw made a wrong decision in refusing to
arrest Ahmed Zakayev, Polish Prosecutor-General Andrey Seremet said on
TOK FM radio station, RIA Novosti reports.
Ahmed Zakayev was detained by the Polish police on September 17 and
taken to the prosecutor’s office. Zakayev arrived in Poland to take
part in the Global Chechen Congress. Zakayev planned a meeting with
the prosecutor to bring accusations against Russia. Russia accuses
Zakayev of involvement in terrorism and requested Zakayev's
extradition. But the court refused to arrest Zakayev for 40 days.
