In the second half of November of this year the acting chairman of the Organization for Safety and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Didier Burkhalter, is going to visit Turkmenistan.Issues of preparations for this visit were discussed in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan at a meeting with the ambassador of the Swiss Confederation in Turkmenistan (with residence in Baku), Pascal Obicher.
