During a meeting with Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev the head of Kabardino-Balkaria, Yury Kokov, reported that in the two last months of this year more than 40 paramedic-midwife stations and some kindergartens will be constructed in the region."We already have two kindergartens with 150 and 200 places ready, and in total we will open seven kindergartens by the end of this year. If we will go as fast as this year, we will practically solve the problem of the placement of children from three to seven years by 2016," RIA Novosti quotes Kokov.
