The former head of the administration of Mineralnye Vody (Stavropol Territory), Ivan Ostapenko, discharged of his duties after a mass fight in a hospital which caused a person's deatht, has filed a petition for unfair dismissal.During a preliminary meeting, Ostapenko expressed the desire to be paid for the forced absenteeism, and also compensation for material injury.
