Rosselkhoznadzor, the Russian organization for agricultural surveillance, has found weeds growing on 74.1 hectares of land in Luxembourg, a village in the Babayurtovsky District of Dagestan, RIA Dagestan reports.


The village's administration has been penalized administratively. It was given 7 months to rid the territory of weeds.
