Purgin says Kiev has commenced large-scale military operations in Donetsk region

 

Kiev has started serious military operations against fighters of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic. Forces of the DPR have gone on the defensive. The Deputy Prime Minister of the DNR, Andrey Purgin, spoke about it by telephone.Responsibility for violation of the ceasefire regime lies with the Ukrainian troops, Purgin emphasized.
