Manas Ramazanov, deputy head of the Almaty healthcare directorate, said that 12 teenagers aged 16-17 were injured in a grenade blast at the fashion and design college in Almaty today, RIA Novosti reports.
Two people have already undergone surgery, three are being operated on. 7 patients had initial surgical procedures. All the patients were injured by projectiles and contused.
Two criminal cases were initiated into possession of explosives and negligent homicide.
