Maksim Kletin, deputy head of the Kislovodsk administration (Stavropol Territory), will appear at the Sovetsky District Court in Vladikavkaz (North Ossetia) for a burglary in 2000, Yuga.ru reports.According to investigators, Kletin and two of his accomplices attacked a Vladikavkaz businessman with a pistol and knife in February 2000, stole his Mercedes and 6,500 rubles. The businessman had a head injury and was stabbed in the leg. Two of the assailants were jailed, the third one was not identified.
