Dagestani Leader Ramazan Abdulatipov said that the Gimri Tunnel will reopen on December 1. He reminded about a counter-terrorism operation at Vremenny. Abdulatipov added that he was the 16th most efficient regional leader.
The tunnel connecting 9 highland districts of the republic with the capital and the railway was closed on September 18 due to a counter-terrorism operation in the Buynaksky and Untsukulsky districts of the republic.
