The police of Sochi have caught a 28-year-old resident of the Volgograd Oblast and found marijuana ready for distribution. In his words, the drugs were collected from wild hemp plants and the found stockpiles were unsold remains, Yuga.ru reports.The man was assisted by a 43-year-old resident from the Rostov Oblast. Both men were leasing a residence in Sochi and were both marijuana consumers. The police initiated criminal cases for illegal distribution and complicity in drug trade.
