Pope Francis has started his three-day apostolic visit to Turkey, arriving at Esenboga Airport. The Pope will visit the Atatuk Mausoleum and meet with Turkish President Recep Tyyip Erdogan and the government at the new president’s palace, TASS reports.
His Holiness will visit Istanbul tomorrow morning to meet Bartholomew I of Constantinople.
