Yesterday in the Buynaksk district of Dagestan the legal regime of a counter-terrorist operation which started on September 17 has been cancelled.
"On December 1 at 18:00 in the Buynaksk district of Dagestan a special counter-terrorism operation regime was stopped," RIA Dagestan quotes a representative of the Operational Headquarters in Dagestan.
As part of the counter-terrorism operation regime, law-enforcement groups shut down vehicular traffic in the Gimri Tunnel, which also reopened yesterday.
