A group of militants in 3 vehicles attacked a traffic police post in Grozny at about 1.00am today, killing 3 officers. The group proceeded and occupied the Print House in the city center. Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov said that about 5-6 militants were occupying the building, TASS reports.
Kadyrov said on Instagram that people could call 89958053939 to report anyone associated with the militants.
After the counter-terrorism operation imposed on the area of the Print House, law enforcers killed 7 militants. Kadyrov said that he was coordinating the operation personally. The militants were planning major terrorist attacks in the city.
