Governor of the Krasnodar Territory Alexander Tkachyov said at a South-Eastern Europe youth forum that the region had many talented poets, musicians and composers among its 5 million inhabitants, Yuga.ru reports.
Tkachyov added that a free rock music center will have been created by spring 2015.
