In Dagestan a local man, Asludinov Abdurahman, will appear before a court accused of aiding members of illegal armed formations.
In April 2014 Asludinov, according to the investigation, was aiding members of gangs operating in the village of Shamkhal in the Kirov District of Makhachkala. In particular, it was found that he was carrying militants armed with the guns of this gang in his car from Shamkhal to Kizilyurt.
Asludinov is charged under Part. 5, Art. 33, para. 2, Art. 208 of the Criminal Code (aiding in participating in an armed formation that is not provided by federal law). The criminal case with the prosecutor's office confirmed the indictment has already been sent to the Kirov District Court of Makhachkala for consideration of its merits.
