The militant Andzor Guchapshev, heading the north-east sector gang in Kabardino-Balkaria, and two other militants were killed in Dygulybgey (Baksansky District, Kabardino-Balkaria) during a special operation on December 18. A criminal case was initiated into the illegal purchase and possession of weapons and an attack on police officers, Interfax reports.
