The competition for the Cup of Chechen President Hero of Russia Akhmat-Haji Kadyrov at the 11th Republican Festival of KVN (Club of the Funny and Inventive) has ended in Grozny. The contest was organized by the Chechen Ministry for Youth Affairs and the Russian Hero Akhmat-Haji Kadyrov Regional Public Fund at the State Theater and Concert Hall of Grozny, the Chechen government reports.
16 teams from higher and specialized secondary education centers took part in the humour contest. Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov, Head of the Administration of Kadyrov and Government Magomed Daudov, Minister for Youth Affairs Murat Tagiyev, Minister for Culture Khozh-Baudi Daayev and other officials were special guests.
The Chechen State University won the contest, the Grozny Military Suvorov School was positioned second, the faculty of automatization and applied informatics of the Millionshchikov GSOTU was third.
